Why Next Act Fund?
Women control nearly half of all personal investable assets in the US today -- estimated at over $14 trillion -- and their share is expected to grow. Among this educated, experienced and confident generation of women, about half say they are taking greater control of their assets and are open to taking more risks with their money. An eye popping 90% say they want to invest a portion of their wealth in women-led companies or in companies whose actions express their values.

Angel investing is personal and a way to pay-it-forward, using your resources and expertise to unharness the potential of today’s female entrepreneurs.
Accredited Investors
Investors must be "accredited investors", i.e. a natural person whose individual net worth, or joint net worth with your spouse at the time of your purchase of any securities exceeds $1.0 Million Dollars; or a natural person who had an individual income in excess $200k in the most recent years or joint income with your spouse in excess of $300k in each year of those years and who personally expects to reach the same income level in the current year.
Investment Policy
Next Act Fund does not invest in the ideation or prototype stages. We invest in scalable companies led by talented management teams with market-ready solutions that solve by problems or create unique value in game changing ways.
Next Act Fund accepts applications from women owned / led companies across all sectors
Annual Capital Contribution
Members will provide annual contributions of $10k per unit per year for five years, Total capital contribution for five years will be $50k
